Over the course of our relationship, information will be created that was not intended but merely resulted from the regularity of transactions. Any personal information that we do collect is for internal purposes only. We do not sell nor share your personal information with any external organization. Your name will not find its way onto any mass circulation databases and there will not be any new forms of "junk mail" in your mailbox because of your involvement with Nutriward.com. Your personal information will remain current and accurate for as long as it is required to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We will take all necessary and reasonable measures to safeguard that information from any unauthorized access. We use industry-standard encryption technology to deter unwanted intruders. Even the most sophisticated systems have been "hacked into" so our best defense is not carrying information on our system that would benefit anyone other than you and Nutriward. No electronic versions of any credit card information is ever stored in a Nutriward.com database and therefore we never expose your credit card information to the possibility of being improperly accessed. Any hard copies of personal information is stored in a secure area office, and only made available to authorized personnel.

Shipping Policy

Avoidance of duty or broker fees and attempts to reverse bill these charges to Crinux Nutriward.com is fraudulent and not permitted. Duty is a private transaction between a citizen and her/his government. In no circumstance does Nutriward offer to pay duty or broker fees on behalf of an importer or assume responsibility for any importer's action or lack of knowledge about importing. Please contact your customs office to learn about importing before engaging in this activity. We will coordinate the shipping and assist you with tracking and loss/damage claims, however, our company is not the transport agent or insurer of your parcel. Please allow us to assist you with issues related to your shipment, while understanding that the parcel belongs to you once it has been shipped (just as it would if you made an in-store purchase).

Refusal of Delivery

Products that are marked returned to sender or unclaimed by the recipient are subject to USD$10 restocking and administrative fee (except in the case of our error). Special Notice for INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. Your government will assess import taxes (duty) on imported goods, and shippers may charge broker fees for clearing your shipment through customs (you can inquire with your customs office regarding these charges). Any fee you are charged upon arrival is not assessed by our company and is directly related to the activity of importing. A valid telephone number must be provided with international orders, as customs routinely hold packages to personally contact the recipient before releasing the parcel. If you (or the recipient) cannot be contacted via telephone, customs may return your package to us. In this case, shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you may return only the unopened containers with proper packaging within 30 days and we will gladly refund you the money deducting shipping and handling. The first step to make a return is to contact us by sending and email to info@nutriward.com and then ship back the products. Please give us a couple of weeks for processing the refund after we receive the products.
